JEFF DESMARAIS FOR STATE SENATE

In 2020, Jeff Desmarais ran for State Senate in Connecticut's 32nd District, which includes Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Middlebury, Oxford, Roxbury, Seymour, Southbury, Washington, Watertown, Woodbury.

We produced a series of issue videos and a banner ad, and ran a digital campaign with 1.6Million impressions.

When Jeff's incumbent opponent made national headlines for sporting a QANON sticker on his windshield, we worked quickly to help Jeff inform voters about the nature of this bogus right-wing conspiracy theory.

In this education-themed video, Jeff points out that the school districts are losing funding at a higher rate than others on his opponent's watch.

Jeff agrees with Fran that every person should be able to take advantage of a public health care plan that works like our public school system.

Jeff agrees with the new CT legislation that requires people like James, who is a student and full-time employee, to be paid a $15 minimum wage.

Even without a pandemic, voting in person can be difficult for seniors, commuters and people with disabilities.  Jeff would like to see Connecticut legislation permit early voting and vote-by-mail options for every election.
